While the location had potential and offered some decent amenities, cleanliness was a major concern. The pool area needed attention, and the check-in process felt disorganized. Staffing issues were evident, but the staff that were present were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions.

The room was a nice size but we didn’t

ask for a suite! We specifically requested a handicapped room, but there were none available with two beds. The staff was friendly, but the confusion upon checking in was frustrating.

The pool area was well-kept and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. One area for improvement would be to address the minor noise from the air conditioning unit in the room.

Had a great stay with friends after shopping at the Premium Outlet Mall of Birch Run. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the eggs and warm rolls. The hotel staff were super friendly, and the pool area was nice. Definitely a solid choice if you need a comfy place to rest during your travels.

However, the air conditioner in our room was pretty loud, which made it hard to sleep at times.

My stay felt like a warm hug! The spacious King Suite was perfectly set up with a fridge and microwave, which made snacking super easy. Plus, the breakfast spread was good-think fluffy pancakes and fresh fruit to kickstart the day!

It was just a great fit for a lightning trip in Saginaw with great value. The morning staff were super nice and worked very hard. Make sure to double-check your charges before leaving.
